Directions
Directions is a community based, not for profit organisation working with employers, students and jobseekers in WA.
Directions has over 25 years experience providing workforce development solutions to businesses through apprenticeships and traineeships, alongside career development and advice to assist jobseekers to make the best choices.
As a not for profit, community based organisation, our margins are among the lowest but our commitment is unshakeable. Directions want to help you build a skilled, safe, successful workforce, and ensure there are plenty of skilled workers in the future.
We can help you build the skills you need in your workforce and ensure that you get a candidate ready to learn and contribute to your business success.
Small enough to care about the personal touches and big enough to ensure you get all the support, expertise and advice you and your apprentice or trainee need throughout the term of their training, Directions can tailor the service to meet the needs of your enterprise and free you up to focus on your core business.
